Your article takes me back down memory lane. I got my start in IT at Computer City back in 1991 selling hardware with Windows 3.0 on them. I ran every known version of BBS software on X86 Intel machines with very little ram or HDD space. I remember loading a modem into the system board and changing the IRQ so the AOL install disk could find it. Remember emm386 and all of the command lines to load memory correctly? Dos 3 and Dos 5 were the first OS's I ever learned. I could write a book on this. LOL
