You showed a lot of courage to share your story with us. My wife is on disability as well. Back in 2015 I almost lost her to a brain tumor and cancer 0n her ovaries. 5 surgeries later and 2 rehabs she is doing much better today. We had to hire a law firm in Mt Pleasant SC to help her to get her disability benefits.

I know that SSI disability is not the same as SSI retirement but when I retire at the age of 62 or 67 I will also be limited in how much money I will be able to earn. I am sorry, but why would it matter? The SSI money that was deducted from our pay checks against our will is our money that we have put away for retirement. Now they are going to punish us for earning too much money. Our government is a huge joke if you ask me.
