We were involved in a similar situation. We lived in a building with multiple condos near a culdesac. We were on the end of the building and one unit was rented out to meth heads. They were dealing drugs out of that condo all hours of the day and night. Not only that but they threaten one of our neighbors who was an elderly female. We finally got that trash evicted and I wound up helping to keep our elderly neighbor safe.
