We are in our 60's and so OLD to me is 75 or 80. No matter how old we are we move the "how old is old" line up by 10 years. If you are 30 and you know I am in my 60's then to them of course we are old. Keeping relevant to the world around us is a good idea. Practicing self care is important as well.
