Very interesting read Christine. :) Honestly, I have not heard the song or read the lyrics. I come from a small town in NE Texas. I was raised as a kid in the 70's. We had very little crime. Maybe I was shielded from the reality of whatever crime their was. No instant access to death and destruction thanks to no Internet access. Anyway, there is way too much to unpack with regards to that song so I will leave it along. LOL
