This reminds me of the time we rented a condo here and the drug dealers moved in next door. I woke up one morning around 6 am and two of the women were rolling around outside of our unit fighting. I lost count of the times I called 911. One of the lunatics threatened our elderly female neighbor with bodily harm on more than one occasion. I would go stand with her in the mornings when she took her smoke breaks in front of her condo.
