Politics and political agendas in America

I am reminded that on the global stage American politics are the playground of comedians. There will always be fresh antics and speeches that will provide comedians with material for years to come. Can we blame them for taking a stab at some of the comments and policies from past and current administrations? No we cannot.

Seriously, it is not about the two party system. Republicans and Democrats. I do not care which side of the fence you sit on, they both need some serious work. Politicians are voted into office to be servants of the people. To support the constitution of the United States of America. I seriously doubt some of them have ever read the Constitution much less the preamble. Yet, they all hold up their right hand and swear to follow those precepts that are set forth in that document.

We the people need to wake up before it is too late. We are a constitutional republic. We pretend that we are a democracy. Our current administration is actively trying to convert our nation into a democratic socialist form of government. That is right, they want to go from being a constitutional republic to democratic socialism. Socialism…. Google it…. I will wait for you…. There are many examples from history that shows that Socialism only works for the elitists of society. The rich get richer off the backs of we the people.
