Loved the article. How about companies that are depending more on technology and removing the human contact on the phone. You will find yourself screaming AGENT at your phone more times than not. All of the FAQ's they have online never address YOUR problem. It requires an intelligent human on the other end of the line to get you the help you need and deserve.
