Know that your thoughts are not who you are, or what reality is. They are just thoughts. Join me in separating yourself from them.
That statement resonates with me. Sometimes I become captive to my thoughts. We are our own worse judges. I can be way too critical of who I am or the mistakes I have made in the past. Dwelling on regrets cant be healthy in the long run. Things to think about. Thanks for the article.
