Job search

Have you tried looking for a job lately? If so, how do you do it? What job search engine or service do you use? How do you wade through the sea of endless job descriptions? Do you use a recruiter or recruiters to do the heavy lifting?

As an I.T. professional it is natural that I would be using an online service or multiple job boards. Indeed, GlassDoor, Dice, LinkedIN are four of the major job search portals that I use. One of the things I have noticed is that I can find most job ADS and descriptions on ALL of the job search portals that I just mentioned.
