I remember a Mexican restaurant called Panchos in Houston Texas. They had a buffet that you could go through and pick what you wanted. Then when your first entree was consumed you would run a flag up the small flag pole on your table and they would come take your order for seconds. They had white fluffy biscuit type things that we would put honey in. I can contribute some of my obesity to that restaurant back in the 90's. I miss that place.
