I have lost count how many times I have scrolled to the bottom of spam email and clicked on the unsubscribe button. The same crap just winds back in my inbox. Then I right click and send it to the spam folder and label it as junk. That way it still hits the inbox but is shoveled into a folder that I never look at. Email fatigue is a real thing.
