I have a Galaxy 6 smart watch that is connected to my Android phone. It tracks my heart rate, oxygen levels and my sleep habits. The Health app on my phone has a sleep coach that gives me tips on what to do to increase my sleep levels. REM sleep is where the magic happens and we benefit from the most. I get on average about 5 to 7 hours of sleep per day. One of my problems is getting up multiple times to go to the restroom. That comes along with being diabetic and moving the sugar out of my blood stream through the kidneys. So, maybe you can use a smartwatch connected to your smart phone to do the same thing.... Just a suggestion
