I am right there with you buddy. I turned 60 last year and I can tell that I do not have the energy I once had. I have a maintenance man who is in his 50's but he is in fairly good health and he can get into or under things to get things done. He charges a nominal fee that I can afford from time to time when I have a list of things from him to do. I am not sure what I would do without him.
