I am not reading all of these responses until I answer you here. I believe that relevance is highly subjective in the eyes of Medium. I mean, is it an AI bot doing the calculations or is it an algorithm? Surely it is not some editor sitting at their desk into the weee hours of the morning trying to figure this out. That is all I have.
