Excellent post and idea. We have the power to affect change in those around us. We should encourage more and discourage less. It has been said that when we have a bad experience we will tell 10 people. Now with social media we are telling way more than that. Our lives will be so much better if we change out outlook on life and look for the positives and ignore the negatives as much as possible.
