Auto Attendant Hell

Normally I do not like to whine. I mean, life happens right. You can either whine about it or you can roll with it. Today I am going to share a RANT with you, my readers.

As most of you know, I am looking for a better job. It would not take much for a job to be good enough to replace this low paying dead end security job. I know, I know, lost of folks out there are unemployed who would kill to have my current job. I get that, trust me I do. I am getting a small check every week compared to what I am accustomed to making. A small check is better than no check no matter how you look at it.

So, last weekend I am working my security job sitting in a patrol car for 12 LONG hours. Luckily I have an iPad with a cellular connection so I can stay connected. I like to surf the job boards, apply to jobs and reply to recruiters inquiries. I tried to log on to my Protonmail account. Nope, I was locked out of my account due to a billing dispute. Imagine my surprise. This is my primary email account that EVERYONE and their mother has which includes creditors.

Protonmail is based out of Geneva Switzerland which is roughly 6 hours ahead of us here on the east coast. I filled out a support form and asked them to turn my account back on. They only provide email and support form e-mail to individual accounts that pay. Only premium accounts (business) receive phone tech support. So, my primary email account was down until Wednesday morning around 6 pm.
