My wife and I have been parenting for 38 years. We have four children. Three of them are still with us. We lost one to child hood cancer. One of the three has made his way through college, law school and is now an attorney. My other two young adults are struggling to find their way.

Parenting does not end when the children turn 18. Your kids will always be your kids no matter the age.

Our children are our legacy. They are the ones who carry on the family name. They are the ones who teach our values to future generation. Our children and your children are our most valuable resource on this planet.

Our children are the future political leaders. Our children will be our future doctors and lawyers. Our children are learning how to shape their world one step at a time.

Our children will always need us. We live in a time where it is very difficult for our young adults to move out into the world. The cost of housing and education has grown to alarming levels. When our young adults experience trouble transitioning to life outside of the home where will they turn? Look in the mirror mom and dad. They will turn to you.
